Norith Ellison

Norith has made a career of service to others. He has received awards and recognition for community and volunteer service as well as for his work training counselors.

A former U.S. Army Medical Corpsman in Vietnam, Norith went on to receive training in human resources, labor administration, management and training, electrical theory and distribution, and chemical-dependency relapse-prevention psychotherapy. He has developed and presented workshops on conflict management, employee motivation, stress management, drug-free workplaces, overcoming obstacles and behavioral health.

Norith is a safety team trainer for the City of North Little Rock, Ark., on electrical-related emergencies. And as director of the New Reality Support Center, Norith develops and conducts programs, events and educational presentations for staff and clients.

Jason McClure
Jason was recently the CEO/founder of, McClure/Haynie Inc, and President of The Seattle Grill Restaurant.  Prior to that he was Training and Organizational Director with The Peabody Hotel, founding member and partner of HuCom Training Solutions, and worked for TACO BELL Campus Marketing.  In addition, he authored, "How to Find Your Dream Job and Make it a Reality. His formal education includes: BBA: Marketing, MA: Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, and an MBA.
